Dark and Stormy:
Build in the glass over ice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rum
Top off with Ginger Beer
Stir
Hemingway Daiquiri:
Build in a shaker
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Lime Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Maraschino Liqueur
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rum
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Garnish with a lime wheel
Whiskey Smash:
Build in you shaker
Cut a lemon into wedges
Add 4 lemon wedges
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
2 oz. or 60 ml. Bourbon
Add mint to taste
Add ice and shake
Open pour into glass
Gin & Tonic:
Build in a glass over crushed ice
3 oz. or 90 ml. Tonic
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Lime Juice
2 oz. or 60 ml. Gin
Paloma:
Build in glass
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
4 oz. or 120 ml. Grapefruit Juice
2 oz. or 60 ml. Mezcal
Stir
Top with seltzer
