Maroney:
Build in mixing glass
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Antica Formula
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Tanqueray Seville Orange Gin
1 oz. or 30 ml. Malort
Add ice and stir
Strain into glass
Garnish with orange twist
The Aracuan:
Build in shaker
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Lime Juice
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Grapefruit Juice
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
Two dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 oz. or 30 ml. Kraken Spiced Rum
1 oz. or 30 ml. Malort
Add ice and shake
Strain over ice into glass
One Bad Dude:
Build in glass over ice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Bourbon
1 oz. or 30 ml. Kahlua
1 oz. or 30 ml. Malort
Stir
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Angastura Amaro (Optional)
