Mud In ‘Yer Eye:
Rinse glass with Absinthe
Build in glass over ice
.25 oz. or 7 ml. Maraschino
1 oz. or 30 ml. Gin
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
3 oz. or 90 ml. Moxie
Stir
Mezcal & Moxie:
Build in glass over ice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Mezcal
4 oz. or 120 ml. Moxie
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
Bangor Sour:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lemon Juice
2 oz. or 60 ml. Bourbon
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Simple Syrup
Add ice and shake
