Build in Glass over ice
Add
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Scotch
3 oz. or 90 ml. Irn Bru
Gin and Irn Bru:
Build in Glass over ice
Add
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Gin
4 oz. or 120 ml. Irn Bru
Garnish with a Lemon Twist
Glamour:
Build in Glass
Add
Mint Leaves
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
Muddle
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. White Rum
Add ice and stir
Top with Irn Bru
Between the Tides:
Rim glass with Tajin
Build in shaker
Add
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Amaro Averna
2 oz. or 60 ml. Tequila
Add ice and shake
Open pour into glass
Top with Irn Bru
Dash of Fernet Branca (Optional)
Ill Fated Misadventure:
Build in shaker
Add
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. or 7 ml. Bogarts Bitters
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Scotch
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Top with Irn Bru
