The Malibuish Pineapple Old Fashioned:
Build in glass
Add
2 oz. or 60 ml. Parrot Bay Pineapple Rum
1 bar spoon of Simple Syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish with a Twist of Orange
Mid- Century Old Fashioned:
Build in glass
Add
1 Orange Wedge
1 Maraschino Cherry
2 oz. or 60 ml. Bourbon
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Simple Syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Muddle.
Add cracked ice and stir.
The Zombie:
Build in shaker
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Falernum Syrup
1 oz. or 30 ml. Smith and Cross
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Ron Barrilito
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Appleton Estate Signature
1 Bar Spoon of Grenadine
1 dash of Angostura Bitters
1 dash of Absinthe
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Cinnamon Syrup
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Grapefruit Juice
.75 oz or 22 ml. Lime Juice
Crack all your ice and shake
Open pour into a Tiki Mug
Garnish with Mint
Mint Julep:
Build in glass
Add
Handful of Mint Leaves
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
3 oz. or 90 ml. Bourbon
Muddle lightly.
Add Crushed Ice and Stir.
Garnish with a lot of Mint.
Hissing Drake:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Fireball Whiskey
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Ancho Reyes
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Overproof Rum (Lemon Hart 151)
Add ice and shake.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick
Optional: Dip Cinnamon Stick in Lemon Extract, light on fire and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
