Three Dots and a Dash
Build in shaker
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Honey Syrup
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Falernum
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Pimento Dram
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Rhum Agricole
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Aged Demerara Rum
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Add crushed ice and lightly shake
Open pour into glass
Top with ice
Garnish with 3 Cherries, a Chunk of Pineapple and Pineapple Fronds
Optional Garnish: Mint
