Cupid’s Arrow:
Build in shaker.
Add
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. London Dry Gin
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Maurin Quina
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Lazzaroni Maraschino Liqueur
2 Strawberries
Add ice and shake
Double strain into glass
Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
Optional: 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Bee-tween the Knees:
Build in a shaker
Add
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lemon Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Honey Syrup
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Jamaican Rum
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Cognac
1 Egg White
Dry Shake
Add ice and shake again
Brandy Chocolato:
Build in mixing glass
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Chocolate Cognac*
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Chartreuse
.25 oz. or 8 ml. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
Crack ice into glass and stir
Strain into glass
Whip shake .25 Cups Heavy Cream
Float Heavy Cream on top of the drink
Garnish with a Strawberry
*Chocolate Infused Cognac:
In a blender
Add
400 ml. Cognac
About 2 bars of Chocolate (60% Cocoa)
Blend
Filter through a Coffee Filter
Bottle
El Higoente:
Build in mixing glass
Add
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Fig Infused Rum
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Dry Curaçao
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Lillet Blanc
Crack ice into mixing glass
Stir
Strain into glass.
Garnish with an Orange Peel
Optional: Bar Spoon of Grenadine
*Fig Infused Rum:
In a blender
Add 2-3 figs
Bottle of Rum
2 ml. Pectinex
Blend
Run through Spinzall 2.0
Pour remaining liquid through a strainer
