I have been thinking a lot about nostalgia and that made me want a Piña Colada which was probably my first (virgin) drink and really brings me back.

Nostalgic Piña Colada:
(Single Recipe)
Build in blender
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rum (Flor De Caña)
1 oz. or 30 ml. Greg’s Cream of Coconut*
1 oz. or 30 ml. Coconut Milk
6 oz. or 180 ml. Pineapple Juice
Add ice to blender
Blend
Pour into glass
Garnish with Pineapple Frond, Pineapple Chunk and Cherry
*Greg’s Cream of Coconut:
1 part Full Fat Coconut Milk
1 part Sugar
Pinch of salt
Heat to dissolve sugar
Cool and bottle
